The signing up process is very simple and straight forward for a Advertiser or Publisher account .
Publisher Account
DASHBOARD After the sign up you are greeted by a very simple and user friendly dashboard which shows Account Balance, Clicks Today, Views Today, Websites Active, Referrals and Ad Zones.
STATS Show Views (Month) , Clicks (Month), Earnings (Month) and banner statistics.
Websites This shows the websites that have been added for monetization.
Ad Zones This is where you can manage and create adzones ( different types of banner sizes and get the code to place in the websites.
Withdrawal This where you withdraw your earnings generated from the ads placed on your website. Minimum withdrawal is ZWL50000 for Ecocash and ZWL100 000 for bank transfer.
Other things on Publisher account are the Announcements, Referrals, Settings and Support.
On Advertiser Account you will find these extras
Campaigns -all the active campaigns will be found here.
Purchase- all the types of banners will be available here to purchase.
Deposit- for all money deposits.
Downfalls
Views and Earnings -The website once went offline and lost its ad banners, when it came back online, views and earnings where not recording properly up to date. Each banner is either experiencing views or earnings not recording at all.
Adverts -There is also a problem of adverts not showing to some viewers from I.P addresses from Zimbabwe but those out of Zimbabwe have no problems at all. Some see a Proxy Detection error where the ads codes are supposed to appear. Also the ads are not rotating at all ,same ad for over a week.
CPM/CPC - Ads Network Zim claims to pay CPM US$0.05 (ZWL40) and CPC US0.10( ZWL(80) for traffic from Zimbabwe and South Africa. As we have placed the ads we haven't really experienced this claim as mostly the ads banner are experiencing problems of not recording views and earnings.
Withdrawal - you have to contact the support team and make arrangement so you can be able to withdraw as this is manually done.
Deposits for Advertiser - only option is ecocash and bank transfer which after doing so you have to send a proof of payment to purchase banners.
Referral link - we have tried it and it doesn't really work at all.
Withdrawal Processing - we requested withdrawal 26 August 2022 still awaiting for it to be approved up to now.
Improvements
CPM/CPC should be straight forward as we can't really tell how much they really paying for high traffic.
Views and Earnings should be accurate and record all the data properly.
Ads should rotate all the time not show same ad for a long period of time.
Withdrawals should be automatic as soon as an account reaches the minimum amount required.
Deposits for Advertiser should have more options that include Visa/MasterCard and real-time payments solution providers. A better banking partner as the the two bank options are associated with deposits and withdrawals not getting to the final destination and poor customer services.
