1. Make sure you buy a plot/stand nomatter how tough it is.
2. At the age of 40 everyman should make sure he builds a a house even one built with sun dried bricks and plastered.
3. By all means build a house at your rural home though you work in town.
4. It doesn't need you to have all the cash ready to build a house, even with small savings you can start the project by buying;
Sand, Bricks, Cement etc; little by little till the house is finished.
5. Drinking joints are meant for pleasure, just a few people share business ideas or good ideas, before you buy a bottle of whiskey for $20 or so, makesure to check that back home everything needed for a happy living is there.
6. If you are staying in a rented house, don't buy a posh or fancy car so expensive just for leasure in the likes of Benz, BMW M8, Range Rover but buy cheap cars like Toyota belta or Toyota Vitz and use the change to start building a house.
7. One lady is enough and good for a man who is development cautious. Accept to be mocked a stingy man for the sake of your family's happiness and developments.
When the husband is sick, the one who takes care of the sick husband is the wife not girlfriends.
When you are fired from work or bankrupt in business, the family is always there for him, girlfriends run away.
8. Have multiple sources of income, don't rely on one source of income in life, that's very dangerous.
Anything that brings cash, handle it with care and respect it.
