Emandulo lapho wawusancinza itshe likhale igazi, kwakukhona inkosi ethize, lenkosi yayizithanda izinganekwane kakhulu. Yayicela abantu besizwe sayo ukuba bayixoxele izinganekwane. Abantu babejwayele ukuyixoxela izinganekwane ezimfushane ezaziyishiya inganelisekile. Kuthe ngelinye ilanga yabiza amabutho ayo yathi kuwona ifuna umuntu ozoyixoxela inganekwane ende, lowo oyokwenza njalo izomuganisela ngendodakazi yayo bese imxoshise nangezinkomo.

Bonke bazimisela ngokuyixoxa inganekwane ngoba befuna indodakazi yenkosi, yabe iyinhle ngempela kwabe kunguphuma langa sikothe. English Summary
This fairytale is about a chief who liked stories, so he used to call his people to sit with him and tell him stories. Everyday people used to tell him short stories and he was happy but as time went on he became unsatisfied about their stories. He complained that they are short and he wanted them to tell him long stories. He promised that a person who will tell a long story, he will give him, his daughter and cows. People were so keen and they all wanted to tell him a story because they knew the chief’s daughter was beautiful and the chief had a lot of cows.

They all came to tell the story but it was not long enough and there was one boy who came out and he said he will tell the long story. The chief gave him a chance and everybody listened. The boy told him a story until he fell asleep because the boy repeated the same thing. When the chief woke up the boy was still saying the same thing. The chief didn’t let him finish he just said his story is very long and he was satisfied. He gave him the things he promised to give a person who told him a long story. The boy was very happy.
