The FBC Prepaid MasterCard application requirements are listed below :

  • Copy of National I.D
  • Proof of Residence (water bill, telephone bill or affidavit strictly signed by ZRP)
  • 2 Passport size photos
  • $15.00 initial deposit
  • Payslip
  • Kindly note all deposits are to be in US$ no bond notes.
The card works online, ATM and POS anywhere in the world where MasterCard is accepted.
